All communication between your browser (client) and our servers is SSL encrypted (https). So there can be no eavesdropping over the network. All passwords are stored in an industry standard irreversibly encrypted format. So, your passwords can never be known to anyone, not even us.
All your content is physically separated from our other clients’ data. There is no way data will be accidentally shared with anyone outside your subscription.
If you want your customer contact details to be stored on your servers due to data privacy or other compliance reasons, we can deploy a small part of Trooya in your environment. This setup may have additional charges. This will make sure no sensitive contact data touches our servers.
